Marine Art by Tyesha Raditch

Tyesha Raditch is an American coral and marine artist, wife, and mother of two daughters. Mrs. Raditch was born in Worcester, MA, and lived in Florida since she was a baby. Tyesha is Inspired by the beautiful landscapes and marine life right in her backyard of the Gulf/Pacific coast of Florida, which influenced Mrs. Raditch creative impulse.  My early beginnings in the arts I had the privilege of studying ballet and contemporary dance.  The training I received gave me the discipline and determination to achieve success due to the hard work you put in.  Without that training, I would not have the understanding of how to train as an artist.  I am very grateful for that background because it enhanced my creativity when it comes to learning any new unfamiliar field.

Tyesha Raditch coral paintings reflects the inner beauty of looking at corals in a different unique way. Tyesha studies each corals intensely before she paints them, and then makes a creative decision on how she imagines these corals outside of their natural habitat. Tyesha Raditch, work imbodies the essence of color, design and beauty. “When I paint, I want to take the viewer on a journey of seeing corals in a different landscape”.

My primary goal is to get the viewer to see the corals and marine life the same way I see them outside of their natural habitat. My inspiration behind these paintings are from my hometown of Florida, tropical colors, and still life paintings. The painting medium depends on the subject matter. For example, the corals and marine life that have more transparencies maybe painted with watercolor, and the corals and marine life that has more details in oil paint.
